As discussed last week, I wanted to pass on my thanks to you all. I wanted to pass on my thanks to the team at Elgar. Jan, Mark and Michelle in the office, although I know that Mark and Jan also drive the buses, (to get a reprieve from the paperwork I believe!!) are a delight to deal with. They are always professional and willing to help even with last minute bookings when they can. The drivers are always smart and courteous, and their knowledge of the local area and areas further afield is vast. To use a company that is so reliable, friendly, communicative and knowledgeable goes a long way in this industry. I've been using Elgar Coaches for the past 2 years and will continue to do so. Hi there, I just wanted to let you know how amazing Steve our driver was during our trip to London. He was simply brilliant — he couldn't do enough for us, was so helpful and was just generally really cheerful and good fun which was so lovely. I went to Gloucester quay Xmas market with you on Saturday 16th dec and just wanted you To know what a good and polite driver drove the coach. Nothing was to much trouble for him What a difference it makes to us oldies.

Dear Mrs Portlock Would you please extend the very grateful thanks of the Wi's who went to Alrewas today to the driver. I did not get to know his name.. Without exception everyone said what a calm and pleasant drive despite the awful traffic conditions the driver had to deal with and he was very careful of everyone when getting on and off the coach. The visit itself for those of us who had not been before was quite emotional at times and in fact one of my Wi members said all the kids involved in knife crime at the moment ought to come here and see the number or innocent lives lost through no fault of their own. It might alter their minds about knives. Kindest regards
